Ignite takes Smooth to Dubai

UK production company Ignite Jingles is keeping things mellow in Dubai, with the launch of its jingles on 92 Smooth, a brand new radio station from the ARN Network.

Ignite were chosen to supply the sung jingles for 92 Smooth, with sister company Devaweb also assisting with the launch of 92 Rock, creating an imaging package and supplying theme music.

Dubai 92 Programme Director Jon Kirby said: “Its an absolute pleasure to be working once again with my old GMG Radio colleague and friend Chris Stevens and the Ignite team on the launch of two brand new stations in the UAE. Chris not only has a great understanding of both the new brands but has a deep knowledge of music so was a natural choice to work on Dubai 92’s two new sister stations, 92 Rock and 92 Smooth.”

Chris Stevens commented: “Having assisted ARN with the rebrand of their talk station Dubai Eye last year, it’s great to be working with even more brands in one of the world’s most exciting cities.
