In January ‘99, it was −51 °C (−60 °F) in Lapland,the northern part of Finland! With temperatures dropping way below zero again this winter, youth station X3M (‘extreme’) is warming up the airwaves with brand new Station IDs and a red hot TOTH (to keep the fire burning 24/7) from PURE Jingles.
